PYC has a state of art gymnasium. Many group batches for Floor Exercises, core circuit training, mobility, stretching, indoor and outdoor are taken. Specialized Exercises for Knee, Back, Shoulder rehab are prescribed. A special population exercise program has been formulated for special population. PYC Gym specialises in sports specific fitness training programs for Tennis, Badminton, Cricket, Swimming, Skating, Running and Triathlon. Iyengar Yoga Classes are also conducted on weekday.
